By accessing or using our Services, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If your access is provisioned through your employer via a Corporate SLA, this policy operates in conjunction with any specific data-sharing agreements executed between us and your employer.

We collect information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked to you ("Personal Data") in the following ways:

• Corporate Roster Data: When your employer provisions your account, we may receive basic professional details including your name, employee ID, department, corporate email address, and employment status (e.g., On-Roll vs. Off-Roll/Contractual).
• Platform Activity & Telemetry: We track your interactions within the PustakPass ecosystem. This includes physical books deposited, lending/borrowing history, K-Points earned, and participation in the Diwali Digital Auction or other gamified modules.
• Kinetix AI Assessment Data: If you utilize the Kinetix AI platform, we collect performance telemetry, test scores, logic formulation metadata, and overall capability matrices (the "VeriTalent CV").
• Device & Usage Information: We automatically collect standard diagnostic data, IP addresses, browser types, and mobile device identifiers when you interact with our digital nodes or applications.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data exclusively to provide, secure, and improve the Services. Specific use cases include:

• Service Delivery: Facilitating the peer-to-peer lending of physical books and managing your K-Point wallet balance.
• Gamification Execution: Operating the Inter-Departmental "Knowledge Capitalist" Leaderboard, fulfilling the "Golden Bookmark" mechanics, and administering corporate auctions.
• Career Mobility (VeriTalent): Analyzing your Kinetix AI assessment scores to build a verified competency profile that can be shared with your employer's Talent Acquisition (HR) team for internal promotion opportunities.
• CSR Reporting (MahaGranth): Aggregating anonymized borrowing data to generate ESG compliance reports and facilitate rural library book donations on behalf of your employer.

Vula Technologies Private Limited employs enterprise-grade administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your Personal Data. All digital transactions, K-Point minting, and telemetry transfers are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Physical interactions at the HQ Drop-Box Node are secured via your organization's internal facility protocols.

We retain your data for as long as your corporate account is active, or as required by the SLA with your employer. Upon termination of your employment or the conclusion of the Corporate SLA, your Personal Data will be anonymized or securely deleted, except for data required for compliance or to resolve outstanding physical book liabilities.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Personal Data. If your account is provisioned by your employer, you must route these requests through your internal HR department, who acts as the primary Data Controller.
