Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, or utilizing the PustakPass application, the Bookswala physical drop-nodes, or the Kinetix AI Career Profiler (collectively, the "Services") operated by Vula Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Services.

2. Corporate Provisioning & SLA Applicability

If your access to PustakPass is provided by your employer or contracting entity (the "Enterprise Partner"), your use of the Services is also governed by the Corporate Service Level Agreement (SLA) executed between us and the Enterprise Partner.

• Account Authorization: Your right to use the Services is contingent upon your active employment or contractual status with the Enterprise Partner.
• Data Visibility: As an enterprise user, you acknowledge that your platform activity, assessment scores, and leaderboard standings may be visible to your employer's HR and leadership teams.

3. Physical Books & Liability

PustakPass operates as a Peer-to-Peer (P2P) circular economy requiring trust and respect for physical assets.

4. K-Points & Digital Economy

The platform utilizes a proprietary digital engagement metric called "K-Points". By earning and using K-Points, you agree to the following:

• No Cash Value: K-Points are a closed-loop engagement metric. They are not fiat currency, cryptocurrency, or a financial instrument. They cannot be withdrawn, sold, transferred to other users, or redeemed for cash outside of the platform.
• Corporate Auctions: K-Points may be used to bid on non-cash corporate perks (e.g., Paid Time Off, leadership lunches) provided explicitly by your employer. We are not responsible for the fulfillment of employer-sponsored auction rewards.
• Expiration: K-Points may expire or be voided if your corporate account is deactivated or if the Enterprise Partner terminates their SLA.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Deposit books that contain prohibited, illegal, or grossly offensive material.
• Attempt to game, hack, or manipulate the K-Point minting system, leaderboards, or Kinetix AI technical assessments.
• Deface, hoard, or destroy physical books belonging to the ecosystem or other employees.
• Share your Kinetix AI assessment portal access with external third parties.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to your employer's HR department.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination of your employment with the Enterprise Partner, your access to the Corporate PustakPass network will be revoked, and all borrowed physical assets must be returned to the HQ Node within 14 days.
